Problem
Social media consumption is one of the leading causes of depression amongst teens and the problem seems to be getting worse with unregulation.
Solution
To combat social media fatigue and content overload, I designed an app that limits posting frequency, encouraging users to prioritize quality over quantity. By introducing constraints, such as a fixed number of posts per trip or week, the product reframes sharing as a more intentional and reflective behavior.
