Problem

I was in charge of all design for Franklin Templeton's North America services.

Solution

Led design execution for North America, handling a wide range of projects from campaign experiences to search page improvements, maintaining a cohesive and user-centered design standard across all deliverables.

Redesigned the Account Services page by consolidating key information into a single, scannable experience. Replaced multi-page navigation with an in-page FAQ accordion, improving content discoverability and reducing the need for excessive scrolling and page transitions.

Redesigned the Real Estate and Real Estate Debt sections within the Alternatives page, delivering a refreshed, modern interface that improved readability, consistency, and overall usability.

Designed dedicated homepages for Franklin Templeton models, including Muni Bond Ladders and the Portfolio Analysis Tool (PAT), along with a centralized landing page to showcase all model offerings. Additionally, integrated Muni Bond Ladder promotional placements across high-traffic Franklin Templeton sites to increase visibility and engagement.

Performed UX research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in the existing search experience, then redesigned the search function and results page to improve usability, relevance, and overall user experience.

Digitized the 529 enrollment form by designing a streamlined online form experience, collaborating with Legal and Research teams to ensure compliance and accuracy. Established a reusable template to support the digitization of additional forms.
